Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridgefield Ops website at bridgefieldops.com and your relationship with Bridgefield Ops ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, scheduling a discovery call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, booking a discovery call, or engaging Bridgefield Ops for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Bridgefield Ops is an AI automation agency providing services to small and medium businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI receptionist and voice agent deployment
  • Missed call text-back and SMS automation
  • Appointment booking and reminder systems
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Review generation and reputation management
  • Website conversion optimization
  • Custom CRM workflow design and implementation

Services are delivered on a managed-service retainer model. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are documented in individual client service agreements.

3. SMS Program Terms

Bridgefield Ops's SMS program sends messages related to discovery calls, onboarding, and operational service delivery, including:

  • Discovery call confirmations and reminders
  • Onboarding scheduling updates for active clients
  • Service-related operational notifications

Message frequency is low, typically fewer than 4 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Participation in the SMS program is not a condition of receiving services from Bridgefield Ops. This program is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Bridgefield Ops is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carrier issues outside our control.

4. Discovery Calls and Engagements

Discovery calls are complimentary, no-obligation conversations to explore potential service fit. Booking a discovery call does not create a service engagement.

Service engagements begin only when both parties have signed a written service agreement specifying scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines.

5. Payment Terms

For active client engagements:

  • Setup fees: Charged upon signing of service agreement, before delivery begins.
  • Monthly retainer: Charged on a recurring monthly basis, billed in advance, due on the date specified in the service agreement.
  • Usage overages: SMS, voice, and AI usage beyond the included allowance is billed quarterly at a 2x markup over underlying carrier rates.
  • Payment methods: Credit card via Stripe (primary) or Interac e-Transfer (one-time payments only).
  • Failed payments: Service may be paused if recurring payments fail and are not resolved within 7 days. Reactivation may incur additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

For active client engagements, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and necessary access credentials in a timely manner
  • Designate a primary point of contact authorized to make decisions
  • Respond to delivery-related communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Notify us of changes to business operations that affect service delivery
  • Treat our team and any communications with respect and professionalism

7. Service Delivery and Limitations

Bridgefield Ops provides services on a "best effort" basis using established industry tools and platforms. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue increases, lead volume, or conversion rates), as these depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, client business operations, and end-user behavior.

Performance metrics and KPIs are reported transparently in monthly dashboards. Adjustments to service delivery may be made based on observed performance and client feedback.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bridgefield Ops website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design, is the property of Bridgefield Ops or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Custom systems, workflows, and configurations built for clients during active engagements remain operational on the client's platforms during the engagement. Upon engagement termination, custom configurations remain accessible to the client on their platforms; agency-specific methodology, templates, SOPs, and proprietary workflows remain the property of Bridgefield Ops.

9. Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals with respect to your specific business situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgefield Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website, or from any errors or omissions in the content of this website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this website or our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
